From the Heart
There are a few things in my life that I deal with that not many know about.
I go through different seasons with them and right now I am dry.
You know what is amazing though?
During the dry season God will send someone along with just what you need
to cause your cup to run over and fill some of those dry placesYou would never know the joy of how refreshing a cold drink of water was
if you were never truly thirsty.The LORD will guide you continually,
giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength.
You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring.
Isaiah 58:11This post is dedicated to @Jsolberg for being such a friend.

God quench our thirst.
A cup of cold water is a blessing that came down straight from Heaven
I hope things get better for you. <3
I am finding this to be true, as I strive to make the down time of the next three weeks into a meaningful period.
I wish I could give you a hug, Beth. May your faith sustain you in the dryest moments, and may you come to feel once again that your cup runneth over.
<3
drink up mornin glorie...
I'm thankful for friends like your friend you mentioned!
I see it this way...Friends are like a life-raft...they join hands and hold us up when we are struggling to keep afloat...we climb on the "raft" and let them sustain us. Then at some point we can get off the raft and become a part of it to help hold another friend up.
Let your friends hold you during this time. Because YOU are always holding us up when we need it!
HUGE HUGS!
One of the many reasons I love reading your blog... your positive energy and willingness to find the best in every situation. I am sure it isn't always easy and we all have our moments, but I really appreciate all the effort you put into staying positive. Thank you!!!
@AdamsWomanFell - You too, sent me love in a time of need,colors to light up my life! I am thinking of doing a series, "The Gift of Xangans" . have received so many wonderful gifts.
this is true.
That is so very true.
So glad you have someone to refresh you!
He seems like a super strong survivor.
A hearty thanks to all those whose wells never run dry and have enough water to pour over the rest of us when we need it.
Much love to you Beth.
Job is like water for millions of people who without job right now regardless of any effort to find one. Why God wanted his people to be thirsty?
so very true

Darkness indeed defines the light. Hope your cup runneth over.

You, for a few days recently I was feeling pretty dry. But this morning and my water cup was definitely overflowing and I couldn't for the life of me remember why I had felt so dry, so recently!

Thank you for sharing your water this morning. It was needed and much appreciated. {{Hugs}}
Thank you. I needed this right now. The verse is now a new fave. I struggle with things I don't talk about. I like to put on an upbeat appearance even when I don't feel it. I don't tend to share that side of me. Anyway, thank you for a drink of water, it was like eating a handful of fresh fluffy snow
I pumped that thing so the water would come out and you could take that picture.. I'm so proud.
@MomGoneMadd - yes you did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3
