Do you think that man was with her?
He is standing pretty close if he isn’t.
I have to wonder how could he be with her and not tell her?
It’s not like you could miss it.( I take it the person who took the pic has a baby)
Honestly ,I would walk right up to her and tell her,

I had a colleague who had that happen when she was on her way to an appointment — her male boss was with her, but didn’t know what to do, so he didn’t tell her. It became a company joke, but she laughed hardest at herself!

First I think I would make sure that guy was with her, and I think I would address him first if he were.
Something like ‘if I ever found out my husband let me walk through the store with tp hanging off my backside, he’d be taking me out to dinner for a week, because there’s no telling what I’d serve him for dinner after that.’ 
So hard to know how to do it… definitely would not have taken that pic.

I don’t think I’d have the guts to tell her, because I’m awful at starting conversations, especially with strangers, especially about awkward topics. But I definitely wouldn’t take a photo, and I wouldn’t laugh at her either. That’s just mean.
I would giggle first then when I got it all out, I would tell her.But not take a picture of it!!!

I’d approach her despite my awkward social ineptness and gently break the news that she had quite the length of toilet paper hanging from the waistband of her shorts—it’s just cruel to let her keep walking around drawing gawking stares and laughter throughout the store.
Ha ha, I would say something because I think she would appreciate it.
I would tell her. I’d hope if it was me someone would give me a heads up… its that Golden Rule thing in action.

If that were with me and didn’t say anything, I’d ream him out when I did discover it. And yes, I’d tell her. A little embarrassing for both of us? Possibly. But better to be embarrassed in front of one stranger than for her to be embarrassed cluelessly in front of dozens.
