Valentine Self Portrait
I could write all kinds of things about self image and weight
and what real beauty is, I have posted about it many times.
What I really want to say is that Valentine’s Day is about love
and unless we love ourselves
we will not really know how to love anyone else.
To look at yourself and not be judgmental or critical
but just to say
“You are beautiful because you are”
