Making Cards
I bought some new scrap paper,I just love paper!
There were little dresses printed on a few pieces of the paper and Japanese Lanterns also.
I cut out the pieces and used them to make a few cards.
Then I got the idea to make paper dresses on the cards.
I made an Apron too, Vi will love this!
I am looking forward to making more, it's too much fun.

@saintvi - I do not scrapbook much either but I love to play with paper!

i bought potting soil yesterday. that's as far as i've gotten on gardening this year. our tiller burned in the fire, so we're trying to decide which model to replace it with... not having it gives me butterflies!!

It's been a long time since I made cards. Perhaps when I am home next I will make a huge batch of them.
oh yes making cards is loads of fun! especially with a new pad of paper? pfftt i could sit for ours! lol, add some rubber stamps and then the party starts. hahahaha omg that sounded as geeky as i thought it did. but it's ok, crafting is awesome!

I like paper almost as much as I like fabric. These are gorgeous..love them...and I love the apron..I want a real one like it. This weekend I am supposed to have a girls night with some friends and I am sure we will play with paper and make some cards and have nice conversation and sip tea. I am looking forward to it especially since I still cannot get into my craft room for stuff still storred there.
I have made something similar to this, but I frame them for new babies, with their name underneath the little outfit, with shoes underneath, a bouquet next to it....as if the body were in there wearing the dress and holding the flowers. I've done little boy ones, too, with rain boots and fishing rods and stuff. I love paper, too. Fun!

Wonderful little dresses. I do some scrapbooking and love just browsing in the scrapbook store because I love scrapbook paper
but never thought to cut the pictures out and make cards with them.These made me happy just looking at them. Thank you.

Oh my!!! I am going to share this with our Pastors Wife...she makes THE most beautiful cards...she is also big into flowers ( you should see the gorgeous displays she makes for the front of our sanctuary!!!) I think the two of you should get together...you really would make a great pair!!!! LOL
