entirely too amusing!
Some of those are really fun! I always wanted to make a skirt out of neckties, only I was envisioning something a little different. I love the necktie pillow! The ornament ideas are something I should look into, now that I've got two kids who are into that kind of thing these days.
Great post!

Great ideas. I love the second necktie chair! My daughters used to make the juice box purses in middle school. They're fun too!
all of these look like great fun! the feminine products are a bit disturbing tho...LOL
Wow Beth, this must have taken a lot of time to put together. Some of these ideas look really fun (not including the tampon earmuffs).
oo love the bird feeder
i love all of the suggestions that you had on this post.thanks!
I tried making a pop-tab purse once, but I couldn't save up enough tabs because my sister kept stealing them
lol.
Very interesting ideas!
omg-I snorted oj out my nose when I saw that tampon angel
I might pass on that one.
Ahem.I have done the necktie thing with a camp stool-that came out pretty darn cool
Not so sure about some of the other things ....
Those are some crazy, creative ideas! LOL! I had a friend in university who made a skirt from old ties. It was really pretty.
I think I'll pass on any more crafty projects for this year-maybe next year!!
What fun ideas! Had to laugh at the tampon toupee. I don't think my kids would get a kick out of the feminine decorations, but they are funny!
I really like the necktie ideas. I was thinking of doing a quilt out of my mom's old, pretty hankies from the 50's and 60's.
Cool. I make most of my Christmas gifts. I think I will steer clear of feminine hygine product art though. heh.
the fem product recycles were very very ehmmm specıal and ughhh unıque.
@bumblefish - Why thank you! If it made you chuckle that was the plan.
The slippers and earmuffs are great ideas! I wonder if they're patented yet??????These no-sew fleece blankets look like fun too!

@buddly47 - Maybe someone will make you a Tennessee Titans one..that is your team, right?
Dern it! Now I'm torn between donating my pop tabs to Ronald McDonald or making a purse! hehe - The clown wins but it made me think...
What a fun post! Ha! The feminine crafts made me laugh SO loud!
I would love to give those for gifts just to see people's reactions!
Some of the other crafts I've made and they were fun. I love the idea of using and recycling things that might be thrown out.
Just when I was thinking to start on a few gifts...oh my, on some of these!
@seedsower - Titans? Haha, now that's funny!
What, no egg carton crafts? That is what we used to make..now I just stick to baking cookies. Have you seen the old 78 records melted into bowl shapes?
I have actually made some of those ornaments. I have made all the ornaments on our tree. I like the tie skirt too. And the pillow! EXCELLENT ideas here, though I think I'll pass on the sanitary napkin slippers.
@buddly47 - I thought so!
OMG I LOVE the tampon angel! What a hoot!
I love the juice pouch bag! 14 has seen wallets made from them too! and I made lightbulb santa ornaments one year that came out great! Love some of these ideas... but I will pass on the tampon type stuff... yuck!
Orsim!
Some very clever ideas and some very funny ones! GREAT post!
i like the grinch light bulb........
and i like the chair made from ties........looks comfy
How creative!! Unfortunately I still NEED the tampons myself. No angels ornaments here!!
WOW!!!! Some of these are very clever!! I like the ones for neckties too! I remember when I used to make a necklace from Wrigley's chewing gum wrappers when I was in high school. Had to buy a LOT of gum or collect them from other students!!
Leaf picture. I HAD to do, like making a leaf angel instead of a snow angel. Larry thought I was crazy!
I love the bra idea! So funny ^.^
The tampon toupee is just WRONG!!!
I would so hang the Light Bulb Grinch on my tree! And I would use the Juice Box Tote, as well. Anyone wanna make me either one of those? :)
i will definitely try the tampon beard!
So which would you like for me to make for you... The tampon slippers or the crushed soda can santa?
Oh god, I saw those slippers and didn't realize it was a joke and was completely horrified. Ok, so I'm gullible. But it does remind me of the time my brother, who was about 7 at the time (and a huge hockey fan) came down the stairs with those old-fashioned mondo napkins up and down his legs . . . he thought they made neat goalie pads . . . !!! I love these crafts though . . . I think we can make some of these . . .
@OftMisunderstood - I have the juice bag totes ,I love them!
HOw adorable!!! I would love to share this with my daughter...she is the recycle queen!!! lol
Ruth Ann
I'm trying to picture Martha Stewart playing around with the pads & tampons.
These were cool... I admit, I kept wondering about the "padded" slippers, though.
Oi!
Love the light bulb ornaments! I have a wreath puzzle piece ornament my son made in kindergarten over 20 yrs ago. It's adorable. One of my favorite ornaments.
These are great and TY for sharing them. There are some here I can do with my Grandkiddos.
