I tried to redo this vlog a few times but this is the first one I did and it is the most sincere,
it is also when I was the most nervous!
I had to go to speech class as a little girl for 'S' and 'CH' sounds,
when I get nervous you can hear my lisp and that is why I wanted to redo it,
also the lips and words do not match,it looks like a Speed Racer cartoon.
One thing I wanted to mention but forgot to add in the video
(another reason why I wanted to redo it)
is that Xanga has given me some of my best friends too.
Angi1972, SaintVi, Momgonemadd, CynaraJane and Katers...
are some of my very best friends in life,
there are so many of you whom I love and call friend.

This was beautiful Beth! Good job! And it matched up (audio & video) for me. I have got to get the skype thing figured out. Xanga is a great place (and contrary to what some may think, it isn't the site but the people on the site that make it xanga).

I like vlogs for the simple fact that it's easier to know who someone is and get a sense for them. Even though since I'm deaf I have no idea what anyone is saying in them, but in a way that makes it easier to get to know them.... You are a very kind person and if I met you in person I'd want to hug you!

You sounded wonderful - no need to worry about the 'ch' or 's' sounds at all!! Sometimes, my R's still come out wrong. I went to speech therapy for that when I was in early elementary school. It was hard for me before that because my name is Sarah. It still slips out sometimes. But those occasional 'wrong' pronunciations dont make you any less of an amazing person!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, Beth listening to your voice and seeing you made me want to jump thru my screen and give you a big hug! Hearing your voice helps one to feel like they know one a little more. That's so sweet! I absolutely love when people post Vlogs. I have a bit of a lisp too... it comes out mostly when I am tired, talking fast or just being lazy. It makes me self conscious as well. Xanga is a great community. I definitely agree!!
