It makes me feel like Christmas!
I am always amazed that poinsettias actually grow. I always just associate them with popping up all ready made at Christmas. I guess because you never see them in a nursery until then? How long does it take to make a poinsettia tree?
I swear, I want your job
That is so cool! I love the way they look all together; we always had one poinsetta plant in our house around Christmas time, and I never really thought it was all that great, but seeing a ton of them all together, it is simply beautiful! Good luck with the show!
So beautiful! I especially love the burgundy and the white ones.
@k8tthelate - When we lived in Corpus we had poinsettias growing around our front steps. Mom chopped them down once a year because they grew so fast and so tall in that climate.
Very cool. I like the first shot the most although the 2nd one is nice...eh...umm...the fourth one is also great....
.
Those look great! I'm feeling all Christmas-y inside.
GORGEOUS!!!
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire... Jack frost nipping at your nose!

a greenhouse,,, the only place to be on a cold day,,,, hahahahaha and that looks like a big one....
They used to grow wild when I lived on Okinawa. They are so pretty, but I have no luck with them.
They grow all over the place in Hawaii but yours are much prettier. What are the days of the poinsettia show this year?
Our Pa. boy was up that way on Halloween weekend and came by there on Sunday. There were checking out the area, visiting historical sites.. The went to Amityville, and loved the whole area.
great pics. Those pointsetta trees are cool. I have always wanted to keep my pointsettas after christmas and get them to rebloom the next year but never took the time. Oh well
i love 'em, especially the traditional red ones. i did keep one alive for a year and got it to bloom again. seemed like a lot of work if i remember correctly.
nice! hey, I will look forward to see your decor ,too
I hope you know that I was kidding the other day about you had the photo with everything ! I think one of your peeps didn't think I was but I explained that I'm jealous of you like a sister should be.lol I really love you.
Did you see yourself on the Aussie girls' site-so funny -I told her that she's in alot of trouble. Her name is Everywhere I go ? I think
Beautiful! Bill dug his up and put them in the garage for the winter. They won't turn red until spring because we don't have the right environment for them.
Oh My! They are gorgeous! When is the show???
I planted last Christmas' poinsettia outside, and brought it in a few weeks ago. Now it is losing leaves. Hope I can keep it alive and the leaves will turn red again. We had huge beautiful ones in Africa. I'm not sure if they grew wild or someone planted them. Probably they were planted because they were in front of the missionary houses.
Those are amazing! Wow.
I think the red ones are ugly, but I LOVE the white poinsettias.
I ran into your site! I love it! That is so neat! I feel like it's Christmas!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!
Those help me get in the Christmas spirit! Beautiful!
Lovely pictures!
They are so pretty. I love the new color. You'll have to let us know the dates of the show. One of these times I'm going to make it up there!
I always love seeing your poinsettias.
Yay, green house-y type places are fun.
So pretty. How do I get my poinsettia to turn red before Christmas instead of in March?
I think when I first met you on Xanga you were up to your neck in evergreen branches and making hundreds of wreaths while your poor skin itched and burned. Do you have to do that again this year?
Beth they are truly beautiful!!!
@DanishDoll - Yup!
I keep silk poinsettias out all year long...they make me think of my grandmother...it was her favorite flower....I saw some last season painted pink & blue & yellow..and it just was not christmasy like that...looked more like easter with those pastel colors.....
Stop by & tell me who your heart throb was when you were a teenager...LOL...
@k8tthelate - LOL LOL LOL!!!!
Those are beautiful.....I didn't realise they came in any other colour!!! Yep.....Christmas is just round the corner!

Like the burgundy. Do you sell to chains like Wal Mart? Not sure where the ones in TX come from.
@BLB - We do not sell to Walmart most of the poinsettias are retail and go to churches that order them.
