I love pumpkin fields! You got one of those AND a covered bridge in one photo - well done! Beautiful pictures.
I love to see pumpkin patches, that beautiful orange color speaks fall to me!!!
wait just one minute-that first picture I see a problem -how did you get a photo with a field, trees with fall colors,a pumpkin patch, old post fence, not just a bridge but a red covered one,and an old farm house that is a 2 story.......it just is impossible to get all that cool stuff in one photo-you had to use adobephotoshop and add a bunch of photos together
I want to jump into most of the pictures you post on here.
Its so pretty!
SO STINKING PRETTY!
Magnificient. When you love a place enough, anything you see and capture will look beautiful.
Meanwhile, Houston's trees are still green and we're still in short sleeves.
Yay, pumpkins! They are fun to smash.
You're a great photographer landscapes are my favorite!
That is just beautiful!! If I ever go to Lancaster, PA if that is where those pictures are taken. I would love to take a walk thru that field. You are very good photographer. I suck at it.. No matter how hard I try but at least I do make a decent pictures 1 out of 100. ROFL (missing you too) (hugs)
The only thing missing is a turkey. Seriously, these pictures are great!
how I adore fall and the pumpkins that accompany it. lovely photos (:
I am in Virginia, and I think we are at the peak of our fall color here.....looks like PA is further along than we are. Beautiful pictures!
Where did all the vines go they grew on? Looks like the giants forgot to put their marbles away.
the chamber of commerace should hire you!
awesome photos
All our leaves are down now and the pumkins have long ago rotted in the fields. Fall is way too short here. I think the only season that lasts is Winter. Your pics are a bright spot in my day,
Judging by the pictures you take of your area, Beth... I sure would like to visit that part of the country!
That is awesome. I think I can come up with a tongue twister on this one.
Fall is everywhere! (except in Thailand, really.) I still love pumpkin even though it's already Halloween lol
Love the pumpkins! Will those go to a processing plant? I hope they won't just rot in the field because Halloween is over. (Kinda reminding me of a poor, used Christmas tree!) You live in a wonderful area for taking pictures, but I have a feeling God could plant you anywhere and you would still take awesome pictures.
Thanks for posting the lovely views!
I have just been catching up with you. Name your camera Ms. Reliable. These really are great pictures!
I live in Lebanon County, PA. I see this type of scenery all the time. It's beautiful indeed. However, this time of year (the spring time as well) this type of country scenery don't smell too well. Farmers everywhere spreading liquid "fertilizer" on the fields. I may be a country gal and a hillbilly but I'm sure as heck not a farm gal. I hate the smell of the farms around here.
Fall colors are awesome! Great pictures! I hope you are having a grreat weekend, too!
Thanks for posting this. First time I've ever seen anything like that (not having grown up here).
@LadyValkyrie37 - I know,I went outside and the shit spreader was parked right beside my van,,,,ack it was nasty!
I love Pennsylvania. IN. is OK, but it could use a few more hills, and maybe an ocean.
@seedsower - Yes...we were on our way to have breakfast with some friends in Bowmansville.
Ah, Lancaster. Next time, tell everyone it's pronounced LANKister, since even in Hollywood, they seem to think it's LANG-CASTer. Lovely views. I wonder: what will they do with those pumpkins now that Halloween is over?
It looks that way in Tennessee right now too. Lovely
I wonder what they're going to do with all of those pumpkins now... Pumkin pie? I cna't stop thinking about desserts today!
I am a fan of the pumpkin fields too... the first angle is my favorite with the trees, the bridge and all of the incredible fall color!
Beautiful! I love fall! I've never seen a pumpkin field. Thanks for sharing!
@trebleclef402 - me? you mean Beth's Seedsower's photos -lol
beautiful pics...i love traveling through that area, ANY time of year...
Amazing color!
Beautiful pics. Think how many pumpkin pies you could make w/all those.
WOW! That is just absolutely gorgeous! I hope to experience an autumn like that some time in my life. Unfortunately, you can't really distinguish the turning color of the leaves or an actual transition between seasons in California.
wow, such vibrant colors!
Wonderful!
That is so pretty!
That is so beautiful! Great job Beth!
Very pretty!
Looks great! I love autumn for its vibrant colors and crisp air.
Pumpkins remind me of Halloween, which reminds me of fall, which is one of my favorite seasons. I would also share how pumpkins remind of watching the Charlie Brown specials on TV, I guess I already have shared that tidbit. While we're at it, I love pumpkin pie. )
Mommy and Daddy go to Lancaster county often. Mommy recognized the covered bridge for sure and she thought she recognized the barn. Beautiful photos. We live about an hour and a half north of Lancaster! HUGS, Max
the covered bridge is REALLY nice and a good example of what you can get on what appears to be an overcast day!
@bonzojferardi - It was very overcast I was disappointed that I did not get more photos.
nice photos
Absolutely beautiful and look at all of those pumpkins. I love the fall colors behind the red barn. Great shots.
so many silos is it a pig farm?
I think I need some pumpkin pie.
Many people don't know that not all the pumpkins look orange. They mature and turn from green to orange...
Beautiful! Beautiful! I love the simplicity of Amish farms. No annoying electrical lines cluttering up the pictures. You do a great job!
