  • Sunday Evening Walk

    When we walk a 4 mile loop around the roads at our house we go past some of the prettiest scenes, farmland, barns, the "Twin Churches, an old mill, a covered bridge(there is another one within a mile) an old forge and the Manatawny Creek.

  • You have such beautiful scenery to enjoy while you walk!  Love those photos!  My sons ran through a covered bridge that looked just like that (except for the hex sign) when they ran at a certain cross country course.  As a matter of fact, the wallpaper on my computer screen right now, is my youngest, just exiting the bridge during the state cross country meet!

  • Loved the walk.  I do believe that is the first time I have ever seen Mr. Seedsower.  And just what is the purpose of the roof on that bridge.  I know it is old but any clue why they were built that way.

  • And the winner is....the barn in the sunset. They're all beautiful though. We had a covered bridge. Some dummy burnt it down. I was lucky and got a picture of it about 2 weeks before it was gone.

  • Beautiful pictures. In Mt. Croghan, SC (outside of Pageland, in the middle of nowhere! lol) there is a covered bridge. I know my MIL has a picture of it, but I wish I would have taken on of it last summer while I was up there.
