into Denver,had lunch with Donna and her girls 
at a 50's diner 
.We then drove thru Colorado 
and

We stopped and got 7 carts of groceries in Alliance and the staff 
at the grocery store actually HELPED us!!!! In PA they hide behind the displays if they think someone needs something,you have to be persistent to get any help.In Alliance they brought empty carts to us,took the full ones,packed cold stuff with dry ice,took it to the car and helped load it!!!!
We were packed into the van with 
,Dave , myself , seven carts of groceries and lots of luggage.
We arrived on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation
where we were welcomed by 
...Osama bin Laden. We loved playing with the beautiful children 
.We taught some object lessons 
, one was mixing Elmer's Glue in water and adding Borax to make "Slime". 
.
We took a day to go see some local sites.We drove thru the Black Hills 
which was one of the prettiest drives 
that I have ever seen.We went to 'Crazy Horse' 
and 'Mt Rushmore' 
,where I saw these 'Twin Tourists' 
.
We also saw 'The Needle's Eye' 
and 'Sylvan Lake' 
which are in 'Custer State Park' .On the way back we stopped in 'The Badlands' 
where we ate Choke Cherries 
and had our Devotions 
. It was our joy to witness 
a gorgeous sunset 
.
We left Oglala ,South Dakota and went to see the cemetery 
and monument 
at 'Wounded Knee' 
.
Then it was off to 'Carhenge' 
.
Near there we saw signs for 'Chimney Rock' 
and 'Scott's Bluff' 
. I always wanted to go to 'Scott's Bluff' 
to see what's left of the Wagon trail's 
.
We drove thru Nebraska Farm Land 
and saw another pretty 
on our way to The Rockies 
After a day and a half there
we flew back into Philly 
and are back home 
again.
