That first picture is my favorite!!! I think the only time I ever had a twilight airplane ride, I was accompanied by a cranky 6 month old! (It was a disasterous flight... they kept delaying the flights on layovers, and then cancelling the flight alltogether, so Sherri had every right to be cranky, because I sure was! LOL) That was 20 years ago! LOL
This was fun! Thanks for sharing ~ stop by sometime and say howdy!
COOL! I remember that diner picture.
That is a lot of transportation.. was and is...
I need a conestoga wagon. Did you know they originated in Conestoga, PA, down near Wayne?
Wow, those are beautiful pictures. I especially love the one of the sunflower with the carhenge background.
Beautiful pictures.....................thanks for taking us along .............hugs.
Oh wow...those photographs are breathtaking, sweetie.
I love them!!
Hope your day will be an awesome one.
Hugs,
L
I'll take the hay rake.
Next year, I'm coming w/ya!!
I'd love to see Carhenge . . . and Mt.Rushmore . . . and all the places you visited.
Thanx for sharing your beautiful pictures.
Very cool... very very cool!
Great pictures! The tractor graveyard is really neat!
By the way-I'm asking around people who have green thumbs- how do you kill Japanese beetles?
All of my sunflowers have lacey looking leaves now and they are also killing my morning glory's which were climbing up the sunflowers and looked really pretty
I know they are beetles because I watched one fly and land and a few where scattering in the dirt after I shook the plant.
I worked so hard to plant my flowers and they are killing them!
If you have any tips, let me know!
Awesome~~ I love your eye~~ I'm glad it is not normal. The red boxcars photo is my favorite. So when are you going to start your own photography business? Or have you already~~ and I am the last person on earth to know about it? More pics please!!!!! Tamy
My Husband would absolutely kill to be able to be near a tractor graveyard! Your pictures of the farm equipment would make some interesting puzzle pictures.
Good pictures. Thanks for sharing them.
Cool pics- kinda of seemed like a real life Cars excerpt... Carhenge, tractor graveyard... you should send those pics in to Pixar, maybe they'll make a sequel:):)
indeed, the airplane picture just has something about it...very nice.
Hmmm...a Conestoga Wagon? Not sure how that one got there. From what we are told, they sure weren't used for the Western Migration. They were the tractor trailers of the time and were used as freight haulers by the original "teamsters".
The tractor graveyard is amazing.
Great photos....looks like you saw a lot of interesting things while you were away.
I never like watching the sun rise from an airplane because that ususally means I haven't slept all night and I'm on my way home from Maui....bummer!
